SHIPPING

Strikewear offers a $9.95 flat shipping rate (unless otherwise stated) on all domestic orders within Australia. Stage bikinis will be sent via ‘signed for’ express post, and all other items will be sent via standard mail through Australia Post. 

Strikewear offers a $24.95 flat shipping rate on all International orders. International orders will be sent via Registered International Mail (please allow up to 14 business days to receive delivery of these). 
 
Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received. All orders of ready-to-wear garments will be shipped within 24 business hours of receiving cleared payment. Please allow 4 weeks for custom orders.

Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us.

It is your obligation as our customer to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter an incorrect address, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Domestic delivery is handled by Australia Post, and is subject to their terms and conditions. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery, nor will we not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has taken place.

RETURNS

Strikewear's main priority is our customer's satisfaction. If you receive products/garments that are damaged, or faulty, we will happily organise an exchange or refund for you. You must initially contact Strikewear within 7 days of receipt of your product/s to inform us of your intent to return the faulty item/s, we will then provide you with the necessary return details. In the event that you do receive a defective or damaged product; we will dispatch you a replacement item at our own cost (subject to availability), or issue you with a full refund, once we receive the returned product.

In the event that you would like to return a Strikewear product or garment which is NOT deemed to be faulty, you must first contact us within 7 days of receipt of your product/s to obtain authorisation. Non-Authorised returned items will not be accepted. Authorised returns which are not deemed faulty must be returned within 7 days of authorisation in their original unworn condition. Items must come back with all of their original tags still attached (bikini bottoms must also still have their protective gusset insert attached), and with all of their original packaging. The return delivery costs will be the responsibility of the buyer when returning non-faulty items. Please note; the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us, we therefore advise you to send all returned items by a trackable postage service that will insure your goods to their value, and one that can provide you with tracking solutions should any problem arise. We will not be held liable for items that do not arrive back to us, or are deemed lost by your courier, and no refunds/exchanges will be given. Strikewear will issue a full product refund (postage costs not included) on receipt of the returned product, or exchange the item for another product if preferred. 

In accordance with Australian Hygiene Legislation and our Terms & Conditions, the return of any non-faulty Strikewear product/s will NOT be accepted should the item show evidence of being worn or used in any way. Should an item be returned to us in any of these stated conditions, NO refund or exchange will be offered. The returned product must be in the same condition as when it was received by you. All packaging and labels must be intact and in no way cut or damaged. All returns must comply with these guidelines and will undergo a quality inspection upon their return.

Please note; that there are NO refunds or exchanges on custom made bikinis except in the event that the item is faulty.
